Assignment - Student Dragons


This page will become your process portfoliio for this project. You will need to document the entire process of creating your dragon. Make sure to include:
  • the terms that represent you
  • the sketches of your dragon
  • a digital image of your finished dragon
  • a reflection on the process of creating your dragon and your influences
Rubrics:

Art Production for 2D and 3D dragons:
Originality Creativity
4= Dagon really is me very original and one of a kind.
3= Dragon is expressive and original.
2= Dragon has parts copied and some original work.
1= Dragon is not original.


Craftsmanship / Skill / Consistency
4= Dragon was the best work possible it is an excellent self-portrait.
3= Dragon could have been excellent; but missing the finishing
touches.
2= Dragon is of average craftsmanship; good, but a bit careless.
1= Dragon is below average in consistency, showed lack of skill in
finished project.

Media Manipulation
4= Used the materials, tools and techniques properly to achieve the highest
of standards.
3= Used the materials, tools and techniques to accomplish the assignment,
but lacked the final stages.
2= Used the materials in an adequate manner, but was a little sloppy.
1= Did not use the materials, tools and techniques as instructed.


Documentation Of Dragon Production
4= Took the best photos documenting of my work with a detailed description
and reflection for each stage of my dragon making process.
3= Took clear photos of my dragon making process with a description
and reflection for each.
2= Took adequate photos and a short description and reflection of my
dragon production.
1= Took substandard photos and short descriptions and reflections of my
dragon production.
